Returns & Transport Damage


Returning at is very easy. Does an article not meet your expectations? Then you have 14 days to return it. The product concerned must be returned to me with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging.
A return must always be registered with me by email before sending. You can then send the product prepaid via PostNL, DHL or another courier service. I advise you to send your return with track & trace and insurance. This way you can always prove that you have returned something if it disappears in the post. If you do not do this and it does not arrive at us, unfortunately I cannot handle the return.

Transport damage

Although I am doing the best I can to pack everything well in sturdy boxes and use filling materials and bubble wrap film, it can always happen that a package is handled carelessly during transport and damage occurs.

All packages I send are insured against damage and loss. In order to use the insurance, there are a number of conditions that must be met;

- The damage must be reported to me immediately upon receipt by email (within 48 hours after receiving the package)
- A photo must be taken of the following items and sent by email;
     - The appearance of the shipment
     - One photo of the entire outside of the package
     - One photo of the shipping label (clearly legible)
     - One photo of the opened package
     - One photo of all types of inner packaging
     - One photo of the complete contents of the shipment
     - One photo of the entire damaged item
     - One detailed photo of the damage
- The outer packaging may only be destroyed after the damage has been dealt with
- In some cases, a damage report from a local post office may be required
- In most cases, the damaged item must be returned to the insurance. In that case you will receive a return label from me.
- Items must not be glued / repaired before the damage has been dealt with.

If the above conditions are not met, damage reports will not be processed.
