Delivery time

I ship packages on all working days (Monday to Friday). Your order will be shipped within 2 working days. 

All packages are insured against damage and loss so all risks are fully covered. In case of damage or loss of a package, the procedure must be followed as described under "returns". 

The moment I deliver the package at a PostNL point, you wil receive an email with the track and trace code.

Shipping and delivery costs

I chose to have all shipping through PostNL. The prices of the items in the web shop do not include shipping costs.
Unfortunately, the shipping companies are implementing huge price increases on shipping costs for 2023. I am unfortunately forced by this to adjust the shipping costs and the rules regarding saving orders from 01-01-2023.

Shipping costs within the Netherlands

The rate for sending a package up to 20 kilos is 7.95 euros. The package is then insured as standard. For orders over €75.00 (excluding shipping costs), I do not charge shipping costs at a Dutch postal address.
 

Shipping costs within Europe

Prices from 01-01-2023. The package is insured as standard and signature for receipt is included.
Weight per parcel maximum 20 kg.

Shipping costs World Shipment

Prices from 01-01-2023. For shipping to countries that are part of the World Shipping scheme, the shipping costs always consist of two parts; standard shipping costs + a weight surcharge per kilo. The standard shipping costs are immediately calculated when you place the order. Afterwards there follows another invoice with the weight surcharge. Maximal weight per package is 20 kg / dimensions 100x50x50cm.

For instance; a package to Australia of 2 kilos costs 25.50 euros (ex.VAT) in shipping costs and there also follows an invoice of 19.40 euros for the weight surcharge (2 x 9.70 euros).

Shipping to countries outside the countries mentioned above is certainly possible. Shipping costs are on request.
